Business Licenses
2nd NOTICES have been mailed to all businesses that have failed to renew their license by April 15, 2008. Penalties for delinquent payments are assessed at 5% per month. Please contact our office for more information.
Anyone engaged in any business, occupation or profession in the City of Columbia needs to obtain a Business License from the City. This includes those businesses or professionals located elsewhere who conduct business within the corporate limits ot Columbia.

GARAGE SALES
A permit must be obtained before Columbia residents conduct a yard sale. The permit procedure helps to curb commercial sales in residential neighborhoods since it only allows a maximum of two permits per year per location. The permit fee is $5.50. (Tel.: 545-3345)
