The City of Columbia sells Sewer Dumping Permits for use at the Sewer Treatment Sites. These permits can be purchased through the Collections Division. If you are purchasing more than ten (10) permits at once, please contact us ahead of time so that the permits can be prepared in advance. For the purchase of Sewer Dumping Permits, contact the Collections Division at (803) 545-3363.
