Collection Division

 

Mission Statement

 

The mission of the Collection Division, also known as the Payment Center, is to collect, control, and deposit City revenues in appropriate City accounts accurately and expediently. The Collection Division’s role includes administration of the city's parking violation/ticket collections system, including collection, processing and depositing of parking ticket fines. We strive to meet customers’ needs for service and information in all service areas that are maintained by the Collection Division as well as meet the financial and auditing needs of the City as it pertains to the intake, posting and depositing of funds to various systems and banks.

 

General Information

 

This division is responsible for the receipting and posting of various customer payments such as water, parking tickets, parking rental, and solid waste. We maintain the EasyPay program and the returned check program.
