First Citizens Bank (Drive-Through Only)

To remit payment for your water bill at one of the many First Citizens branches, you must have your remittance stub and pay with cash or personal check made payable to the City of Columbia.

You must also be remitting payment for a current water bill. If your water bill is one month or more past due or has been shut off, you must pay either at 1136 Washington Street or at 3905 Ensor Avenue. First Citizens will not be able to handle customer service issues.
