Personal Training

 

Our personal training program is geared towards improving clients’ health and overall wellness. It is a program that is varied and progressive for a safe and effective approach to attaining fitness goals.

Our training sessions are led by experienced, nationally certified trainers. We are devoted to helping our client’s achieve their goals. We will commit, inspire and motivate you to be your very best.

To find out more information regarding our personal training program, we invite you to view our session packages and determine what will work best for your schedule and budget.  The next steps are as follows:

  1. Call and schedule your FREE consultation with our Head Fitness Trainer to discuss your goals for pursuing a more healthy and fit lifestyle.
  2. The Head Fitness Trainer will then set you up with a trainer that will accommodate your fitness goals.
  3. Your new personal trainer will contact you within 2 to 3 business days to become acquainted and schedule your first session.

Rates and Fees for INDIVIDUAL Personal Training

(Sessions are minimum of 30 minutes)

1x Week (4) Sessions $120
2x Week (8) Sessions $200
3x Week (12) Sessions $240
Non-Member Session Package Adult Members (Age 18-49)
1x Week (4) Sessions $140
2x Week (8) Sessions $240
3x Week (12) Sessions $300
Individual Sessions Cost
Members $40/session
Non-Members $45/session

 

Rates and Fees for PARTNER Personal Training

(Sessions are minimum of 45 minutes)

1x Week (4) Sessions $160 ($80 per person)
2x Week (8) Sessions $280 ($140 per person)
3x Week (12) Sessions $360 ($180 per person)
Non-Member Session Package Adult Members (Age 18-49)
1x Week (4) Sessions $180 ($90 per person)
2x Week (8) Sessions $320 ($160 per person)
3x Week (12) Sessions $420 ($210 per person)
Individual Sessions Cost
Members $50/session ($25 per person)
Non-Members $60/session ($30 per person)
