Must have knowledge of personal computer equipment with skill in the use of Microsoft Office preferred, utilizing Outlook, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software programs as well as database and data entry skills. Must have skill in the use of AutoCAD (Rel.14 or 220) software; ArcInfo/ArcView preferred.
