The City of Columbia’s Community Development Department is celebrating over forty-five years of building communities and transforming lives. Community Development will host a press conference to announce their new affordable housing loan program, City Lender I Uplift program. The press conference will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. at City Hall, 1737 Main St. on the 3rd floor in Council Chambers.
The City Lender I Uplift program will make homeownership a reality for a greater number of applicants by offering an extremely low down payment, closing cost assistance and many more.
