The City of Columbia is moving forward with the new zoning map to correspond with the adopted Unified Development Ordinance. Planning and Development Services Department staff will host a virtual public meeting in September to give citizens the opportunity to review the map and learn about the new zoning districts.
A virtual public meeting will be Tuesday, September 29th from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Following the September 29th virtual meeting, staff will offer one-on-one appointments in 15-minute increments via phone and/or virtually to answer property-specific questions.
