You must include your ticket, summons or final notice in the envelope with your payment. Web Payments: The City of Columbia does not currently accept web payments of any type, but are working on this capability. Please be patient with us until we can implement this feature.

What type of payment do you accept? Cash if paying in person, checks, money orders, bank checks and credit cards are accepted. The City of Columbia does not accept third party checks, or checks written without the bank's preprinted account and individual information. All checks and money orders should be made payable to "City of Columbia". Do not send cash in the mail.

What documentation do I need when paying a parking ticket? We prefer that you bring the ticket, the ticket number or the appropriate vehicle license plate number.

How can I pay if my vehicle has been towed for outstanding parking tickets? See the Vehicle Impound Program below for more information on the method of payment to secure release of your vehicle.
