PARKING CITATION ONLINE PAYMENTS: 

The City of Columbia Parking Services Department is now taking online payments for parking citations. Just follow this link to the payment site: https://columbiasc.t2hosted.com.

**Effective November 1, 2016: To continue to provide customers the ability to make online payments using a debit or credit card, the City of Columbia has partnered with Value Payment Systems (VPS), a third party service provider, A convenience fee of 2.5% for credit cards and 1.5% for debit cards (with a minimum fee of $1.95 for both) will be assessed on all payments using a credit or debit card. This convenience fee is in no way associated with the City of Columbia and is collected solely by VPS. If you do not wish to use this service, you may pay using other traditional methods such as cash or check.

MAIL PAYMENTS : 

Parking tickets are issued with a convenient, easy-to-pay, return envelope. If you do not have the designated parking ticket return envelope, please mail your payment to City of Columbia Parking, Post Office Box 7997, Columbia, South Carolina 29202-7997.

Night Depository: There is a drop box on the Washington Street side of the building at 1136 Washington Street. You must include your ticket, summons or final notice in the envelope with your payment. If you no longer have the ticket, summons or final notice, you must indicate the appropriate vehicle license plate number on your check. Also, include your current address and telephone number in case we have problems identifying your payment. Do not place cash in the Night Depository.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED? 

Cash , checks, money orders, bank checks and credit cards are accepted. The City of Columbia does not accept third party checks, or checks written without the bank's preprinted account and individual information. All checks and money orders should be made payable to "City of Columbia". Do not send cash in the mail.

HOW DO I PAY A LOST TICKET?  

If a citation has been lost, payment can be made by providing the associated vehicle license tag number. 

LATE FEES

A $10 late fee is added to tickets unpaid after thirty days. After 60 days, the total amount that remains outstanding, including late fees, doubles. To find out how much is owed on cited vehicles, please call (803) 545-4015.
