Tiny Tot Tuesdays: A Capital Celebration

KOBAN Administration, Staff and Partners

Sworn Columbia Police Officers represent the Columbia Police Department. James Bulger and Stephanie Holmes represent KOBAN, as Co-Lead Directors of the program in Columbia.

Each KOBAN site has a full-time site director and a part-time youth advocate on hand to work with children and their families. There are Community Outreach Workers, Social Workers, Community Mobilizers and a host of volunteers assisting as part of the program. Also involved are the Community Block Club, Housing Manager and other indirect partners and donors.

KOBAN Columbia, Inc. is guided by a board of directors that meets monthly to set policy and direction for the program. Members of the board of directors are listed:
