The City of Columbia's procurement process is governed by ordinances and regulations approved by City Council.
Our Fleet Services Division works closely with the Purchasing Division for the procurement of vehicles, parts and repair services. NONDISCRIMINATION IN CONTRACTING POLICY
In carrying out the program, the contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation or national origin. The contractor will incorporate these nondiscrimination requirements in all subcontracts for program work.
