First Reading of FY 2013-2014 Budget
Columbia City Council will give first reading to the proposed FY 2013/2014 budget on Tuesday June 4, 2013 during the regular scheduled meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. In addition to first reading of the budget, City Council will give first reading to the proposed rate and fee increases for Parks & Recreation facility rentals and other recreation programs and first reading of the Hazardous Materials Cost Recovery and Registration ordinances.

One of the main objectives of the City of Columbia is to make its procurement process as simple and open as possible, in order to increase the participation of as many vendors as possible that are interested in providing goods and services to the city.

Submitting Sealed Bids

All bids must be submitted online using Bid Online, unless otherwise specified.

Only bids that are submitted on or before the date and time specified in the Invitation to Bid will be accepted.

Bid Tabulations

Bid tabulations will be posted on Bid Online and the Purchasing Department website once the bid has been awarded. Bid tabulations will not be provided via telephone or fax.
