Unless otherwise stated, RFP and RFQ packages can be picked up from:

Responding to RFPs
All responses to RFPs must be hand carried or mailed to:

Any response to an RFP that does not arrive at the above adress on or before the date and time specified in the RFP, will be deemed non-responsive and returned to the responder unopened.
Bid Tabulations
Bid tabulations will be furnished upon written request with an enclosed, self-addressed, stamped envelope. Bid tabulations will not be furnished until such time as an award has been made. Bid tabulations will not be provided by telephone or fax.
Addenda
From time to time, it is necessary for the City to issue addenda to RFPs and RFQs. Once you download an RFP or RFQ, it is your responsibility to check the site periodically or contact Procurement to see if there are any addenda. Click here to view current addenda

RFQs
The City of Columbia, South Carolina is requesting qualifications (RFQ) from professional urban planning/parking consultants interested in developing a study of the current parking situation in the area known as Five Points, a retail and hospitality based commercial area surrounded by residential and commercial areas and several blocks east of the main campus of the University of South Carolina. The successful Consultant would assess present and future parking needs and make recommendations aimed at resolving parking issues in the historic shopping district of Five Points. Click here for details.
