Housing is Our Business
The Columbia Housing Development Corporation is in the business of creating new housing and preserving existing housing in city neighborhoods. These neighborhoods have experienced little to no new development in many years.
We know that providing quality housing to attract and maintain residents, young and old, will help strengthen our neighborhoods, and promote community pride.
